Why it’s used
Included in some products marketed for energy or metabolism support, usually alongside other citrus-derived compounds like synephrine.
What the evidence says
There is very little human clinical research on N-methyltyramine specifically, whether as an isolated ingredient or at the doses found in supplements. Most available information comes from chemistry and food-science studies of citrus composition rather than trials on people.
