What the evidence says
Evidence for raspberry ketones' effects on fat metabolism comes almost entirely from animal or in-vitro studies at doses far exceeding what would be found in food or typical supplement servings. Controlled human clinical trials on raspberry ketones alone are lacking, so claims about weight loss in humans are not supported by direct evidence.
